Every type of exercise routines should begin with a solid aerobic base

There are many ways to build exercise routines. However, for the entry-level exerciser, all exercise programs should promote the same thing: aerobic endurance. Once you establish the habit of exercising aerobically you can start complementing your efforts with weight training or some kind of advanced stretching. When programming a routine you should shoot for four to six days of exercising a week. Make each workout session fifteen minutes or longer and then start prolonging it until you reach an intensity that is comfortable for you. The most important thing about an exercise routine is to find something you will actually do for 4-6 days a week.

This is why walking is considered an ideal exercise in many health circles. Anyone can pretty much do it, it’s easy and you don’t necessarily need any equipment, unless you’re planning to train inside your home. If you’re exercising indoors you might consider a treadmill or an exercise cycle because of its simplicity of use. Once you have your preferred vehicle of exercise, be it equipment assisted or not, the next step is to schedule it. It’s very debatable whether exercising in the morning or in the night is better. Some people vouch for the morning because they claim they enjoy the benefits of exercise during the rest of the day. On the other hand, exercising at night can be used as an interesting vehicle for blowing off stress.
