There may be a simple answer for cellulite reduction |

:: cellulite reduction :: Many of us are sick and tired of useless quick fix exploits that simply don’t work for cellulite reduction. Even after using all the oils and weird friction accessories out there, many still end up with the same question: How to get rid of cellulite? What we don’t realize is that the answer lies not on some bogus witchcraft, but in common sense: simply exercise. When you exercise, be it on a bike or on a stepper, you engage your whole body in a wide range of chemical reactions that make your body positively respond to changes. This means that if you run consistently and teach your body that it needs to go faster or longer, then your body rewards you with thinner legs. If you exert anaerobic force by weight training with your legs, then your body is going to respond with tighter and more efficient leg muscles. This also applies to not exercising. When you just sit around watching TV and eating chips all day, your body makes sure you’re comfortable by adding layers of fat to your body. Sloth around doing nothing, and your body responds by converting all the spare food you consume into storages of fat. There’s a crazy theory out there that states that all the excess carbohydrate consumption you eat signal the body that your packing up for winter and that it should convert these carbs into fat to protect you from cold and even food scarcity. I don’t know if this is true but it can make us think about how our bodies adapt to all the habits that surround us be it eating, moving or doing nothing.
