Better results come from exercises that last from thirty minutes to forty five minutes. However while on a program you must be sure that you’re tapping into the aerobic zone and not crossing over to the anaerobic exercise experience. Although there are many expensive gadgets out there that measure your active heart rate, its as simple as monitoring your own body. If you feel relaxed and cool it means that you’re in the zone, but if you find yourself panting and you’re muscles are getting sore then you’ve certainly crossed the threshold to anaerobic exercising.
